This Week In Australian Property #5
Unbelievably it’s less than a week to Xmas!
I thought I’d wrap the final newsletter for the year with a few topics to get you through the break.
Firstly, some great news re changes to regulations for real estate agents quoting prices on properties. Hopefully this gives all of us a better indication of what to expect to pay for our dream home next year! For those that are self-employed or considering starting their own business over summer we give you some tips to get a home loan; and for the investors a review of deductions you can claim on your investment property that you may not think of.
For those in a last minute panic planning Xmas – a few tips to host a stress-free lunch. And lastly for everyone planning their renovations and interior designs for 2017 some tips on how to use Pinterest to your advantage.
We’ll be back in the new year.
