I’m back from a relaxing break with the latest Australian property news.

Remember last year, when Bernard Salt said we needed to stop buying smashed avocado in order to buy property? Well, he’s back with a talk on the Smart Property Investment Show which is a must listen for anyone wanting tips on buying property.

Did anyone see the Tiny Home auctioned off this week?  Crazily small, it sold for $56,000!  Could you live in this?

More news from Perth this week, with latest stats showing it is now the second most expensive city in Australia to purchase land.

For those looking for kitchen inspiration, take a look at these designs; Josh and Elyse from The Block fame have sold their own home this week in Coburg, and lastly, I’ve included a round up of the weekends’ auction results.

Have a great week.

Enjoy!
