Can you believe this is the 40th edition of our weekly update on Australian property news?!  I hope you are all enjoying the updates.  Don’t forget to let me know if there’s anything, in particular, you would like covered.

A not so surprising report out this week stating that Sydney and Melbourne house prices are overvalued by as much as 30%!  Good for the sellers, but not so good for those trying to enter the market.

REA has a report this week on Melbourne suburbs with strong 10-year growth, and I also share some pros and cons on the method you choose for selling your house.

It was hallway and laundry reveal this week on The Block.  Some amazing hallways in particular (I would just love to have a wide hallway with high ceilings!). What did you think?

For further inspiration, I’ve included a Fitzroy renovation in Victoria, as well as a suburb to watch in Croydon, South Australia.

Have a great week.
