This Week in Australian Property #4

Melbourne has claimed it’s 16th consecutive quarter of growth making it the fastest growing market in Australia. How crazy is that?!

Even crazier is we are just two weeks out from Xmas!

For your pre-Xmas reading I’ve included some articles about refinancing (a good time to review), take a crystal ball look at what interest rates may look like in 2017 and with Xmas around the corner some tips for styling on the day. For those looking to renovate next year I’ve found an article on how to do this sustainably, and as inspiration for investors found a 28y.o. Uber driver who has already bought 8 properties!

Enjoy!
