Welcome to this weeks Australian property news!
Now that Spring is here (yay!) let’s look at what the expectations are in the property market during this key sales period. If you’re in the market for a home, this is well worth a read.
Some good news for those in WA with property taxes in the latest state budget; and the housing affordability package outlined in the Federal Budget earlier this year has now made its’ way into Parliament (watch this space).
The latest auction results are out (see below for both Sydney and Melbourne), with more homes on the market and clearance rates on the rise.
And lastly, if you’re looking at landscaping your property over the next few months and need some inspiration, I’ve found an article which showcases the latest trends…..I’m definitely bookmarking this one.
