Welcome to Spring, everyone! I say this as I sit at my desk with a heater at my feet! Brrr!
This week we’re starting to see some lenders drop their interest rates and/or add incentives as we head into the Spring home buying season. If you’re looking at buying in the next few months you can take advantage of some good deals.
New stats out show more Australian’s are becoming high rise renters and the white picket fence dream is becoming further from reality for a lot of people.
Women affected by lower superannuation levels (lower income, maternity leave, part-time work) are not surprisingly looking for ways to boost their income for retirement, and it looks like property investment is one area that has seen a boost as a result.
In other news, Dulux has released their 2018 colour trends; Marie Kondo of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up fame has released an app (yes please!), and I’ve found a great renovation from Kate Heppell one of the co-owners of Kip & Co on her Victorian beach shack.
