In this week’s Australian property news, have a go at an interactive suburb profile that has been released by www.realestate.com.au. It’s based on the changing suburb profiles that have occurred between the last two census collections. Take a look at your own suburb; suburbs you may be thinking of moving to; or profile potential investment property locations.
Talking growth, Adelaide is experiencing growth in the value of properties across 18 suburbs – all now above $1million. Gorgeous homes up for sale……makes me think of home!
The Block room reveal was on again Sunday night – this time a kids room. As a budding kids room designer myself (studying in my spare time!), I had a keen interest in this week’s rooms.
